WALL OF WATER by Daryl Toby at AguaFina Gardens International In a residential oasis, the 'Wall Of Water' in the centre of a home designed by Daryl Toby of AguaFina Gardens International is a mesmerizing landscape design wonder. Part of Auburn Hills' natural beauty, this stunning water feature invites residents to find solace within its borders. At the heart of this is an epic waterfall that tumbles over precisely placed granite boulders that sing as the water dances through the lens of nature. Boulders had to have an interesting texture and color that blended in well with the surrounding landscape and were hand picked by a professional. We filled the area around the waterfall with all types of native plants ferns, ornamental grasses and other flowering plants to add color while attracting local wildlife. This area presented a significant challenge for the as it is naturally sloped, requiring both grading and irrigation design to accommodate flow and drainage. We also installed a cutting-edge filter that keeps the water perfectly clear with little upkeep so they can spend maximum time swimming and minimal time maintaining! The completed 'Wall Of Water' created a retreat in the client's back yard. Sound sight and touch all work very well together, making the whole property a peaceful sanctuary for both owners and guests alike.
