Description of the Zen Garden by Daryl Toby AguaFina Gardens International Located in the center of Auburn Hills, the 'Zen Garden' , an example of landscaping at its finest, driven by the artistic touch of Daryl Toby over the team of AguaFina Gardens International. A place of tranquility where nature with all its element meets art and design, this tranquil retreat was designed to inspire calmness and mindfulness. The is designed in a way that ensures symmetry of stones, leafy plants and water features. River rocks of various sizes line the garden in a winding pathway, encouraging those who wander through to walk along and experience its tranquility. We further used beautiful materials like local granite boulders and copper-plated bamboo fencing to contribute to this peaceful feeling without compromising on the organic essentials of the . The biggest challenge included grading the garden to achieve a slight slope to improve drainage while maintaining the natural contour of the land. These challenges ensured that our seasoned workmen put in their best effort using fancier methods for sustainability and visual delight. Completing the ensemble is a beautiful koi pond featuring a waterfall that adds to an aria of sound to the Zen Garden experience. Native plants like Japanese maples and ornamental grasses added seasonal appeal and helped bring wildlife and seasonal interest to the garden. The client was over the moon with the end result, a home with a zen space that draws people in to enjoy and reflect. Our fountain is a proud example of AguaFina Gardens International's work quality and design innovation for our local clients in Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills and abroad in Costa-Rica & the UAE. This showcases our belief that every outdoor space should feel connected to nature and nurture the spirit.
