From Chicago, Evanston, Glenview and more, our team took a small backyard and turned it into a beautiful oasis. The assortment of native plants bright wildflowers and ferns among many others provides beauty for the garden but also habitat for wildlife. Visitors are invited to roam through this winding space of natural stone extending from the earth to the sky, becoming at one with nature. A piece that we added to the garden was a water feature, where it produces sounds that soothe with the feel of peace, unusually crafted from slate and boulders. The possibility of challenging topography was solved by our expert landscapers who used clever grading methods to ensure running drainage but preserve the natural rugged beauty of the garden. A wooden pergola was also assembled on the site, offering shade and an area of meditation and reflection. The little touch at the end was a bench built with timber composite material that where it sits, blends seamlessly into the environment, but provides, provides a comfortable space to sit and meditate. The result is a seamless fusion of nature and design that has become a wonderful refuge for our clients to get away from the hustle & bustle of life.
