Designed to complement the natural landscape, Lakeview Terrace fuses native plants, graceful stone pathways, and tranquil water features. Drought-resistant plants combine to create an explosion of colour across the seasons, and we have in every instance, grown to ensure sustainability. We opted for locally-sourced limestone for the patio and walkways as it adds durability for the family and continues the natural landscape, providing a transition space between indoor and outdoor living. We struggled with steep grades throughout the and needed to get creative to achieve proper drainage and prevention of soil erosion. Our talented team designed and constructed a tiered garden with functional retaining walls, adding to the visual aspect of a home. Focus on native shrubs, perennials planted in a manner that look beautiful and create a conducive environment for local wildlife. Definitely the centerpiece of the Lakeview Terrace is the custom built water feature with a koi pond filled with aquatic plants and cascading waterfall. This tranquil addition is the main feature of the garden which becomes a peaceful sanctuary for those who live in the home and a home for the local wildlife. Lakeview Terrace ends here, a view of a landscape that captures the dream of our client and the person. Thoughtfully designed and meticulously constructed utilizing high-quality materials has made for an outdoor retreat that boasts both form and function.
