The pre-assembled, high-performance pumping solution, Acids & Alkalis Kit 1000 120V from Flux Pump is designed for the transfer of acids, alkalis and various other chemical liquids from 55-gallon drums or intermediate bulk containers (IBCs). The kit includes a F 430 with drum pump, which is based on the established and reliable technology of the drum pump technology series, and consists of the mechanical seal version (S) with heavy duty polypropylene outer tube conected to a metering or commutator motor. Suitable for industrial, laboratory and the production environments, it allows for safe and efficient fluid transfer while remaining flexible enough for a wide range of applications.

Drum Pump F 430 with Mechanical Seal

The F 430 drum pump provides a secure sealing system to stop leakage and contamination, thereby ensuring an easy handling of aggressive chemicals.

Outer Tube – Polypropylene Construction

The inner tube is reinforced with stainless steel, and the outer tube is chemically resistant—reinforced with a steel core that prevents longitudinal changes at extreme temperatures.

Commutator Motor FEM 4070

This potent motor provides a steady pumping motion and is designed to match the kit's available immersion lengths on different container sizes.

PVC Hose and Hand Nozzle

It comes with 2-meter PVC hose (DN 19) and polypropylene hand nozzle for easy dispensing and controlled liquid flow.

Compression Gland

The compression gland, made of conductive polypropylene, provides secure hose coupling and increased safety during the transfer of chemicals.
