For the transfer of highly flammable liquids from 205 l drums or IBC containers, the pre-assembled explosion-protected pump system by Flux Pump can be used, for example with the Flammables Kit 1000 120V. This kit with the stainless steel f 424 sealless drum pump is highly safe, maintenance minimal and service life long. The proprietary sealless design eliminates wear, contamination, and wetted lubricants associated with sealing mechanisms making it suitable for hazardous-area applications involving petroleum products, solvents or other volatile media.

Drum Pump F 424: Stainless Steel Execution

Specifically designed to handle highly corrosive chemicals, the stainless steel F 424 Ex S-43/38 pump´s construction includes relief openings that balance the internal pressure of the system with the pressure of the drum and enable ultra-pure chemicals to escape back into the drum.

Sealless Design

No seal wear and no bearing damage; zero contamination of the pumped medium, by lubricants or seal particles.

• Commutator Motor F 460 Ex with 230V, 50Hz at 460W provides Max. of 13 GPM.
